she is coming along

fumes of coffee are curling

in front of golden yellow eyes

caution drops on apple pie

shimmering like caramel

sweetens the coffee cups

autumn leaves dancing in the sky

pushing people into the café

crows, cats, owls

reflecting in the clouds

and the tiny calico

is sitting at the birch table

runs her fingers through her hair

and gives a crow a smile
